All vehicle sales are considered final unless otherwise stated in a written agreement. Due to the nature of used vehicle sales, we do not offer automatic returns or refunds once a purchase has been completed and the vehicle has been delivered or taken possession by the buyer.

2. Vehicle Condition (“As-Is” Sales)

Normal wear and tear associated with used vehicles is expected and not considered a defect.

3. Deposits

A deposit secures the vehicle and removes it from availability.

For vehicles purchased through auction:

6. Nationwide Shipping (USA & Canada)
For customers purchasing vehicles for delivery:

Once the vehicle has been accepted by the buyer or their designated representative, the sale is considered complete.

Import or export procedures (including cross-border purchases)
Customers are responsible for complying with local regulations in their jurisdiction.
